2018 NPEC Public Policy Retreat Research

During NPEC's 2018 Public Policy Fellowship Retreat, NPEC-commissioned authors showcased their latest research. This included analyses of how the energy needs of developing countries can be met without nuclear power, as well as studies of the impact of Russian military nuclear doctrine on those of China and India. The retreat also featured an update on NPEC Wohlstetter Public Affairs Fellow Zachary Keck's project on allied proliferation.

The Nonproliferation Policy Education Center (NPEC), is a 501 (c)3 nonpartisan, nonprofit, educational organization
founded in 1994 to promote a better understanding of strategic weapons proliferation issues. NPEC educates policymakers, journalists,
and university professors about proliferation threats and possible new policies and measures to meet them.
